A big thank you to employees at Microsoft for donating to Educational Communities Worldwide through Microsoft‘s cooperate responsibility initiative. Through their employee giving program, Microsoft matches employee donations of time and money to nonprofit organizations. It is an honor to be recognized as one of the esteemed organizations befitting of such a generous contribution.
Today, we are one step closer to sponsoring brilliant but needy students in Ghana, West Africa, for the entire duration of their tertiary education. Our goal is to cover the tuition and associated expenses for two students from each of the sixteen regions in Ghana. In the end, thirty-students across the entire country will have benefited from this scholarship program.
EduCom.World remains dedicated to its core mandate of promoting quality education in Africa and beyond, and is looking forward to more of such sponsorships and partnerships in the future.
